Our Services
Our clinic proudly offers a wide range of services for individuals and their families with ADHD and related disorders beginning with the completion of our initial evaluation. All new patients to our clinic are required to complete our 3-hour initial assessment, regardless or prior assessments and/or diagnosis.

1
Initial Evaluation
All new patients begin with our required 3-hour evaluation, regardless or prior evaluations, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD. Our evaluation process includes a clinical interview, the administration of objective assessment measures such as the Brown Attention/Executive Function Rating Scales, the assessment of short-term working memory, and screenings for possible related or co-occurring disorders.

Initial Evaluations are currently offered in-person or via telehealth by Dr. Brown to both local and out of state patients and are offered by Dr. Kennedy for California residents only. To learn more about our initial evaluation click here.
2
Therapy
After our initial evaluation, established patients may schedule follow-ups for individual psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family/parent sessions. Appointments are scheduled for 50 minutes and available for in-person or via telehealth with Dr. Brown or Dr. Kennedy.
3
Medication Management
Following our initial evaluation, patients have the option to bring treatment recommendations from our clinic to their own primary prescriber if they are able and willing to provide appropriate medications.
Often, our patients prefer to start and continue treatment with Dr. Kennedy who is a specialist in the field & is committed to individualized treatments and fine-tuning for each patient.
Medication management follow-ups are available with Dr. Kennedy, our specialist doctoral family nurse practitioner and CA licensed prescriber. If you wish to have your established care provider prescribe your medication, contact us for Dr. Kennedy's availability to collaborate on pharmacological care.
4
Psychological Testing for Accommodations
After completing our 3-hour initial evaluation, students seeking assessments to determine eligibility for accommodations at schools, colleges or universities, or for standardized testing are usually required by the authorities to have a comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation. This requires clinical interviews, review of school records, IQ and cognitive ability testing, and standardized achievement testing.

After the completion of each test, Dr. Brown will review your test results and provide accommodation recommendations based on those results. You will also receive a copy of your test results to take home. If you are required to provide a more analytical analysis and written report, this can be provided as an additional service.
